Vic hales from Red Willow, a little place north east of Stettler, Alberta where he used to farm a little. In his earlier days he used to follow the rodeos trying to be a cowboy in the summer and worked at various jobs in the winter.

Vic and his wife, of over fifty years, are now retired and spend their time going to cowboy poetry gatherings and camping in the mountains with their family. He has performed at Pincher Creek, Maple Creek, Stavely, Stony Plain, Cochrane, Crossfield, and Kamloops as well as 4-H clubs and private functions over the past 5 or 6 years. Vic looks forward to going down the road and meeting new people.
